Unindo ciência do comportamento, empatia e propósito, ela criou o Stronger Together para ajudar mulheres a reconstruírem sua autoestima, superarem bloqueios emocionais e recomeçarem de forma leve, profunda e duradoura.

Nutricionista formada pela Universidade Filadélfia desde 2005, com Certificação Internacional em Nutrition Coach pela Getfit Education. Há 20 anos, dedico minha carreira a promover saúde e bem-estar para mulheres, ajudando cada uma a construir uma relação mais leve, equilibrada e prazerosa com a comida e com o próprio corpo.
